Who We Are
s99my is an online entertainment platform built specifically for the Malaysian market. We are not just another gaming site — we are a community of players who believe in fair play, transparent transactions and a truly satisfying gaming experience.
Journey s99my began when a group of Malaysian gaming and technology industry experts recognised that local players deserved more than what generic international platforms had to offer. They wanted something that spoke their language, understood local tastes, supported local payment methods and had customer support that could converse in Malay.
The result? s99my — a platform built from the ground up with Malaysian players as the number one priority. From a specially curated game selection and bonuses tailored to local player preferences, to an intuitive interface available in Malay and Mandarin, every aspect of this platform has been designed with players here in mind.
Today, s99my has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment destinations, with hundreds of thousands of active members who continue to rely on us as their go-to platform for gaming, winning and enjoying a wide range of exciting promotions.
Our Mission & Vision
Mission s99my is simple yet meaningful: delivers the safest, fairest and most enjoyable online entertainment experience for every Malaysian player.
We believe everyone who chooses to play with us deserves the best treatment — not just in terms of game variety, but also in transparency, honesty and platform integrity. That means fair odds, timely payouts, genuinely valuable promotions and friendly support.
Our vision is to become Malaysia's number one online entertainment platform — the most trusted by players of all backgrounds, from casual players looking for weekend fun to serious players pursuing consistent wins through well-developed strategies.
In pursuit of this vision, we continuously invest in the latest technology, improve our user interface based on member feedback, and expand our game selection and payment methods to meet the needs of today's Malaysian players.

We care about our members' wellbeing. Features such as daily deposit limits, self-exclusion and links to problem gambling support resources are available to all members. Healthy entertainment starts with awareness and self-control.
Reliability & Performance
With a platform uptime exceeding 99.9%, players can rely on s99my to always be available when needed. Our robust server infrastructure ensures a seamless gaming experience even during peak hours with thousands of players online simultaneously.
Our Commitment to Malaysian Players
At s99my, we don't see our members as just numbers in a database. Every player who registers with us is part of a community we genuinely care for. These aren't just words — they're proven in how we operate every single day.
When you contact our customer support at 3 AM about a deposit issue, our team will be there. When there's a new promotion you qualify for, we'll make sure you're notified first. When there's an important update about your account, we'll reach out to you — not wait for you to ask.
We are also committed to ensuring the platform s99my continues to evolve in line with the changing needs of Malaysian players. We constantly listen to member feedback, analyse gameplay patterns and introduce new features that are genuinely useful — not just to look modern, but to make your gaming experience better every step of the way.
This commitment also extends to our social responsibility. s99my supports responsible gaming initiatives and provides tools to help members maintain control over their playing habits. We believe healthy entertainment is the foundation of a meaningful long-term relationship with every one of our members.
